Integrated management system policy

INTECH3D's management and team are committed to maintaining the essence that inspired the project:

“Comprehensive advice on 3D printing projects, providing training, equipment, software, consumables, spare parts and equipment maintenance”.

This purpose has been evolving and adapting to our understanding of industry 4.0, people and society. We want to generate a positive impact, and that is why we aspire to create the best 4.0 technology solutions, leading the implementation of these technologies at industrial and business level.

This implies facing important challenges, and all of them involve defining a strategic direction and a management model capable of putting stakeholders at the center of the activity, so that we can address their needs and expectations from different perspectives:

From the perspective of the organization itself, generating productive, healthy and people-oriented work environments.

From the perspective of our customers and users, providing technological solutions in 3D printing, to help them improve productivity and knowledge management.

From the perspective of the context, integrating the logics of a new social and industrial reality, which is progressively betting on new innovative solutions.

In short, we want to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers and stakeholders in a climate of mutual trust. In line with all this, our Integrated Management System must allow:

• Orient the strategic vision to the continuous improvement of the MIS.
• Ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Establish the reference framework for the deployment of objectives.

INTECH3D's Management will provide the necessary resources to make this policy a reality, from the conviction that the challenges we pose must be addressed collectively, by all the people who are part of this project.
